Wiring | Drivers | Configuration
Capture cards are simple to configure but it can sometimes be difficult to determine the proper settings.
Wiring
There are two possible ways to wire the capture card to the output of your surveillance video system. One option is to use an unused video output from your surveillance PC to send to the video capture card. The second option is to split the signal going to one of your monitors to send to the video capture card.
We recommend digital signals as they tend to be higher resolution which are better for facial recognition.

The most likely option to vary in this set of options is the Output Size. It will conform to whatever output resolution you configured for the monitor that you are mirroring to this output.
NOTE: In some cases the application may need to be Run as Administrator in order to persist the video capture settings following a reboot.
