It means exactly what it says. You can now use our Advanced Facial Recognition to run searches against the overall SSIN database. SSIN right now allows only text searches, and because you had access only to SSINs from the time you signed up, those text searches were against what you had access to. With VC7 though, you can now do both Text and Facial Recognition Searches against the expanded historic database dating back to 2001, giving you a far larger data pool to work with.
