Biometrica does not source, amalgamate or distribute juvenile data. For example, in the case of a missing minor believed to have had a law enforcement event, there would only be a possible match in UMbRA if a minor has been missing long enough to have grown into adulthood at the point of arrest or/and conviction, or if a minor, for whatever reason, is charged/tried as an adult and the law enforcement jurisdiction concerned has made that data available.
