This section explains the features of Visual Casino related to viewing received SSIN Alerts.
Permissions
Required Permissions
A user must have the following permissions to be able to access the alert list:

To view the list of alerts that have been sent to the organization, Click on the SIN Alerts button in Main Menu. By default, the window will show the last 30 or 90 days of SSIN alerts depending on your organization's settings.
Filtering Alerts

If you are looking for a specific message, you can filter the messages a number of ways.
Name
If you are looking for alerts on a specific individual, you can enter a name or an alias in the Name field to see if there have been alerts posted about the individual.
Comment / Keyword / Origin / SSIN Number
This combined search looks for the indicated terms in the Comments, Keywords, Origin, and SSIN Number fields of alerts for any alert sent related to those terms. You could look for all alerts that contain a specific SSIN Number or all individuals related to a specific keyword.
Message Status
You can filter alerts based upon one or more status indicators for the alerts. The you may choose from one or more of the following indicators:
- Read
- New
- Sending
- Draft
- Sent
- Archive
Date
There are a number of optional date filters that can be applied if you are looking for alerts sent on a date or in a specific window of time. The following filters are available:
- in the Last Days (time inclusive - 24 hour windows)
- in the Last Weeks (time inclusive - periods of 7 days)
- in the Last Months (time inclusive - starts the day of month after the current day on the starting month)
- Between Dates (date inclusive)
- Specific Date
NOTE: All **in the Last** filter periods are **time inclusive**. If you search the Last 1 Days at 10AM, then alerts from 7AM the previous day will **NOT** be shown.
Deleting Alerts
To delete an alert, select the alert from the list and choose Delete SIN Alert from the list options menu.

Note: The optional SSIN Alerts: Delete permission is required to delete alerts.
Exporting Alerts
You can export a Microsoft Excel or a PDF document which contains the information shown in the alert list. A compatible viewer is required to view the resulting file depending on your method of export.

After filtering the alert view to show the desired alerts, click the Export button from the list options menu.
